On retconning past plots/characters

holmeschat_oocI think it would be laughable to say that everything that's happened in this game has been 100% enjoyable.
So, here's the deal. I'm currently in the process of creating a comprehensive timeline for the entire game. All of it. However, if there are plots/character interactions/characters/whatever that we think we can actually do without, I will be more than glad to leave them off the timeline and pretend they never existed.
And frankly, if we wanted to create an entirely new backstory for, say, Mycroft, I wouldn't complain.
Tell me, dearies. If you could change anything in the plot of this game, what would it be? Let's try to make that happen.
