Sherlock is being neurotic

He's looking for a specific pen today, because, IDK. He just is. John's got fed up with him and sent him to Mary's place to find the pen, because Sherlock causes headaches like woah.

Eventually, Mary is going to do the same and push him off onto Bill.

And then John will find the pen. In the sofa. Because that's where Sherlock was the day he got sick, and he just sort of pushed the pen down into the cushions when he fell asleep.


Fell free to embellish, as always, what he's done to your respective homes. He's being terribly single-minded today and wants nothing but to find this pen. You'll be lucky to get so much as a jaffa cake into him today.

Bill'd probably ask a couple of logical questions (When was the last time you saw it? How long ago did you lose it? What's it look like?) before giving up when Sherlock either ignores him or snaps at him. He'll just stay in the living room to watch football and ostensibly keep an eye on Sherlock, whatever the hell he's doing.

Millie will come home and cock an eyebrow at the two idiots before swanning off to the kitchen and making food. Sherlock is free to watch a master at work.

By the time John finally finds the damn thing and calls him home, Sherlock will be a frantic mess. He'll have really forgotten why he even wanted it. He just has to find the damn thing at this point. XD

The thing you usually try to do is offer an alternative. But Sherlock has sort of been trained into getting what he wants, so it reaaaaaally won't work.
